The Secret Federation of Defence or S.F.D. is an organization much like the EPF, PSA and SFCP working to protect and help penguins. It is also more common in areas where the EPF and SFCP are less active.
Foundation[]
It was founded by Henry Powerpenguin and Larry in the year 2013 during operation blackout. It was first meant to be a backup plan in case the EPF was taken down, which it was in The Big Explosion. After the explosion, Henry Powerpenguin and Larry started recruiting new agents and even some former EPF ones. Soon, they had a small group of 150 penguins.
Later years[]
The SFD became a large group with over 3,000 penguins with secret bases all over the Penguin States and the Club Penguin Nation.
Usage[]
Today the SFD is a top-secret branch of the SFCP, although it pretty much functions as its own agency. It is kept such a secret that only the top SFCP agents know about it's very existence. Its main usage is efforts to protect the Club Penguin Nation from the RPF. After The Penguin Wars, it launched a program to try to disband the RPF. Even the RPF doesn't know about this program.
